Phoenixville, PA – Phoenix American Motorsports is in contention for the GTS driver points lead as the team enters four cars in two classes for this weekend’s Pirelli World Challenge event on the street circuit in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Andrew Aquilante, Kurt Rezzetano and Preston Calvert will race a trio of Calvert Dynamics Ford Mustang Boss 302 entries, while Calvert will again do double-duty and race the No. 77 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup in the GT Cup class.

Aquilante, a five-time SCCA National Champion, is coming off a double podium in the No. 32 at the Circuit of the Americas earlier this month, placing him third in GTS points. Phoenix American Motorsports also leads the team points championship in GTS. Rezzetano, meanwhile, sits sixth in the championship after two strong finishes in the season opener.
